Submission Guide

1. Conference Important Dates

• Full paper or abstract submission deadline: July 1, 2021

• Notification date for final review results: July 25, 2021

• Registration deadline: August 10, 2021

• Early bird deadline: August 10, 2021

2. Paper Requests

Requirements Official language is English in paper writing and presenting. Manuscripts should be at least 8 pages. Additional page (if the paper exceeds 10 pages) is possible but will be charged for 70 USD/450 RMB per page. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journals). Paper submissions are reviewed by experts selected by the conference committees for their demonstrated knowledge of particular topics. Authors will be notified of the review results by email. Please prepare your paper according to the following template.

Note: For paper preparation, it is suggested to use Word file. If you would like to prepare your submission by LaTex, please use the "sigconf" in the LaTex template packages.

Accepted Full Paper will be invited to make the presentation at the conference and it'll be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted for ACM Digital Library inclusion, Ei Compendex, Scopus index, etc. Accepted Abstract will be invited to make the presentation at the conference, but the abstract WILL NOT be published.

Both onsite(oral) and online presentations could be accepted (Read more).

Every paper needs at least 1 author to attend the conference and make the presentation (onsite or online).

3. Submission Method

Please login in the Electronic Submission System to submit your paper.

4. Dual/Double Submissions:

By submitting a manuscript to NLPIR 2021, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue with publicly accessible papers, including journals, conferences, workshops, or other peer-reviewed, archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another peer-reviewed conference or workshop with publicly accessible papers during the review period. The authors also attest that they did not submit a substantially similar submission to NLPIR 2021. As a rule of thumb, the NLPIR 2021 submission should contain no more than 20 percent of material from previous publications. Violation of any of these conditions will lead to rejection.

5. Paper Review:

All submitted papers or abstract will be sent the final review results around 1 month after their submission. If you haven't received it, please feel free to contact us.
